David Moss, director of GIS Data Management at Maricopa County, recently received the Local IT Leader of the Year award from StateScoop's 2020 LocalSmart Awards program for helping deliver a county schools COVID-19 dashboard in 2020.  His leadership at the county has transformed their GIS department into a world-class program.
