The planetary mapping team at the United States Geological Survey (USGS) Astrogeology Science Center in Flagstaff has started a new mapping initiative: to create interactive, GIS versions of USGS maps of other planets, starting with a map of the upcoming landing site for the Mars 2020 Perseverance Rover.
