2025 AGIC Symposium Call For Papers

The AGIC Symposium is coming up fast.  Plan to be at the Prescott Resort in beautiful Prescott, AZ from August 26-29 to network with and learn from other GIS Professionals and Vendors from across the state.  Important dates to remember:

*May 23: Abstract submissions due.  Submittal form.

*May 9: T-shirt Design Contest entries due. Entry guidelines.

*July 18: Scholarship applications due.  Includes the Tony Gonzales and Women in GIS Scholarships. 

*July 28: Last day for early bird registration

*Sponsorship sign-up now open.

*August 4: Last day for group room block at Prescott Resort.

New AGIC Committees

AGIC now has two new committees.  The Natural Resources Committee will continue the work started by the Natural Resources Workgroup, formally under the Data Committee, to facilitate geospatial data sharing and tool development to support natural resource work across Arizona.  The Emerging Technologies and Remote Sensing Committee will be continuing the work started by the UAS Workgroup and 4D Geospatial Data Workgroup, under the Data Committee, to help organize studies, educational and training opportunities, and other resources to help the GIS community and businesses understand and potentially incorporate new technologies and remote sensing abilities into their projects.
