This page is intended to provide useful resources to help AGIC Committee and Workgroup Chairs prepare for and run upcoming meetings in order to meet Arizona Open Meeting Law requirements.  All files are viewable as Google Docs and can either be saved as en editable Google Doc or download as a Word document.

 

Chair Responsibilities Checklist

  • Checklist Document: This document includes a summary of items to help AGIC chairs prepare for and run meetings as well as what to do after a meeting is done.  Following this checklist ensures AGIC is meeting the requirements of Arizona Open Meeting Law.

  • Voting: Document summarizes the voting process
  • Emailing: Document explains the restrictions when sending an email to half or more (i.e. a quorum) of voting members from a committee or workgroup
