AGIC K-12 Student Competition Registration Now Open

This year, AGIC is hosting their own ArcGIS Online K-12 Student Competition.  The Competition is open to all Arizona students from Kindergarten through 12th grade, where they will have a chance to analyze, interpret, and present data through one or more maps and deliver through an ArcGIS StoryMap.  Each class division (Elementary, Middle, and High School) will have three projects awarded prizes, including a $100 gift card.

Students must have an adult sponsor, which can be any adult involved in the student's education, such as a teacher, mentor, parent/guardian, etc.  There is no fee to enter the competition and students will have access to GIS tools, including ArcGIS StoryMaps, either through their school or provided by the competition.

Please visit the Student Competition website, where you can learn more about the competition rules and prizes as well as access the registration form.  FYI, a link to this website is also available on the AGIC Events Page.

Please consider joining the competition if you would like to sponsor a student or pass this onto anyone you feel would be interested in competing.
