As foretold by Steve Lewis, USDOT GIO, at our recent AGIC Education and Training Symposium, the NAD Pilot Final Report was just released in PDF format for download.  The document describes, in great detail, the concepts, planning, and work done to date.  As we learned in Prescott, our in-state collaborations and leadership on this pilot strongly influenced the pilot and findings.
